This is a STAY TO PLAY tournament. All non-commuting teams participating in the tournament MUST (as a condition of acceptance) make all hotel accommodations using our tournament housing services. Finally, you have the ability to purchase a Travel Protection Plan with up to 100% for covered cancellations reasons as well as a Cancel for Any Reason benefit of 75% coverage of your unused non-refundable prepaid expenses for travel arrangements you paid for your trip, including the event registration costs.

Tournament Information
CREDENTIALS CHECK-IN:
All teams are required to check-in online
Check-in must be completed by Monday, December 2nd, 2024.
All teams can pick up their team pins at the Headquarters tent before their first game.
GAMES:
U15-2 x 40 minute halves
All 11 v 11 games- 2 x 35 minute halves
All 9 v 9 games- 2 x 30 minute halves
All 7 v 7 games - 2 x 25 minute halves
All games will have 5 minute half time.
Quarterfinals, Semi-Finals, Finals: Games that are tied at the end of regulation will have 2 x 5 minute overtime periods. If the score is tied the game will end and go directly to penalty kicks to determine the winner.
AWARDS:
U9-U7 Medals for 1st Place & 2nd Place Teams
Competitive, Developmental, Recreational Membership in US Youth Soccer, AYSO, US Club Soccer, or any other USSF Affiliate.

There are no refunds once your team is accepted

We accept teams on a rolling basis; when age groups are filled teams who apply will be placed on a waiting list.
The Open is a youth tournament intended to provide high level, balanced competition for all teams.
Come and compete amongst the best of the best. Don’t be left out of this event as limited spaces exist in each age group and gender.
The event reserves the right to adjust format or schedule based on bracket size and will attempt to provide games against teams or clubs from other states and regions.
