REGISTRATION and Fees
PLAYER REGISTRATION
We believe you are attending a Legends FC AZ tryout because you have full intention of playing in the club; however, we do know that team placement could effect your final decision and understand the decision making process you will go through.
Once your child is offered a place on a team, we would like to know if you accept that spot. Your response could effect another child’s placement and holding spots for players is not something we like to do, unless their is an extenuating circumstance. All we ask is your complete honesty with the coach when they discuss the final decision with you, for your child, so we can proceed accordingly.
Once you accept a roster spot from the coach the Player Registration Process will begin.
All families will be placed on a team through our club management system, Playmetrics. This is the same system that you used to register for tryouts and the account you have created remains the same. That system will send you an invitation and you will be expected to pay the Club Registration Fee and complete all Player Registration Forms. At that time you will also be given the choice of paying the remainder of your Club Fees, at one time or monthly instalments. If you select the instalment plan, Club Dues are due June 1, July 1, August 1, September 1, October 1, November 1, and December 1.
FEES
2024-25 Fees- Every player is required to pay a Registration Fee and Club Fees.
Registration Fee- $450 (applies to all ages and due at the time of registration)
Performance Fee- $200 (mandatory for all Legends FC Elite program players and in included in the monthly club dues.)
Club Fees (can be made all at once or in 7 monthly instalments)
Instalments are due June 1, July 1, August 1, September 1, October 1, November 1, and December 1. All payments will be auto deducted from card on file.
Legends FC Elite Fees- $2450 - (2012-2008)
Legends FC Junior Elite Fees- 9v9 - $2050 / 7v7 -$1850- (2016-2014)
Legends FC Academy Fees- $1600- 4v4, 7v7- (2017)
Legends FC Academy Fees- $1300 - (2018)
Team Fees
Team Fees are determined by each team and will be dictated primarily on the events the team will attend and the costs associated with those events. Those payment schedules are determined by each team and will be provided once teams are formed and events finalized. League fees are considered event fees and therefore will be a team fee.
Costs associated with travel, lodging and meals are not included in team fees and are the responsibility of each individual on that particular team, depending on selected mode of travel and associated costs.
Uniform Fees
Each player is responsible for purchasing the required Legends FC AZ Uniform Kit. The required uniform kit ranges between $420 to $450 and includes home and away jerseys, home and away shorts, home and away socks, warm-ups and bags.
All Players for the 2024-25 Season are required to purchase uniforms and they will be good for the next 2 years.
Once a player officially registers with team, a uniform link will be sent and orders can be placed.
All players are expected to have uniforms by first scheduled event for each team and those orders should be placed as soon as link is provided.
FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE
We believe no child should be denied the opportunity to play due to financial hardship. Legends FC AZ offers financial assistance programs for families in need and can also modify payment schedules if needed. There is an application process that is involved and all financial information is kept confidential. If you are in need of Financial Assistance, please email andrew.weber@legendsfc.net.
Financial Assistance, if received, will only be applied to Club Fees.
All players are required to pay the Registration Fee, Team Fees and Uniform Fees.
